i can't login reset !

~mail နွင္႔ဖြင္႔ထားတဲ႔ fb အေကာင္႔ကို
 I can't login ျဖင့္ Password reset link ေတာင္းျခင္း ~

Requirements - မွတ္ပံုတင္ or Passports or Driving License စသည့္ ID ကဒ္တစ္ခုခု .. FB မဖြင့္ရေသးတဲ့ Mail အသစ္ ....  မိမိ acc က ID card ထဲက BD ႏွင့္တူရမည္ ...

No 1 --> Browser ကေန www.facebook.com ကိုဝင္ပါ ... Login ဝင္တဲ့ေနရာေရာက္ရင္ ေအာက္နားက Forgot Password? ဆိုတာကိုႏွိပ္ပါ ... Box တစ္ခုက်လာလွ်င္ မိမိ acc ဖြင့္ထားသည့္ mail or ph no ႐ိုက္ထည့္ၿပီး search ပါ ..

No2 -->မိမိ acc ေတြ႕လွ်င္ ေအာက္နားက No longer have access to these? ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ ...  Box ေလးႏွစ္ခုေတြ႕ပါလိမ့္မည္ ... ႏွစ္ခုလံုးမွာ New mail ကို႐ိုက္ေပးပါ .. ၿပီး continue ....

No3 --> မိမိနာမည္အရင္းကို "Name" ဆိုတဲ့ေနရာမွာထည့္ပါ .; ေအာက္က Choose file မွာ ID card ဓာတ္ပံု႐ိုက္ၿပီးထည့္ေပးပါ ... ဓာတ္ပံု႐ိုက္ရာတြက္ လက္ျဖင့္ကိုင္႐ိုက္ပါ .. (လက္ပါေတာ့ fake လို႔မထင္ဘူးေပါ့) ... အလင္းမျပန္ပါေစနဲ႔ ... ေသခ်ာ႐ိုက္ပါ ... ၿပီးရင္ Send ေပါ့ ...

No 4 --> ခဏၾကာရင္ မိမိထည့္ေပးလိုက္တဲ့ New Mail ကို Mail တစ္ေစာင္ေရာက္လာပါလိမ့္မည္ ... ထို Mail ကို မိမိ acc ကိုျမန္ျမန္ reset link ခ်ေပးရန္ reply ျပန္ပါ (ျမန္မာလိုေရးလည္းရတယ္) ... အားေန အဲ့ reply ပဲထိုင္ျပန္ေန :3

I losing my phone . My Phone is using someone.And then,this person is using my facebook account.I forget my facebook passward and I don't have my phone number.And I don't  forget my mail passward .So I can't receive passward reset code because I can't access sms phone and mail account.Please return my facebook account.I am felling  sad for my account.I sent a photo ID is my Facebok ID card for myanmar.

No 5 -- ရက္အနည္းငယ္အၾကာတြင္ (May be half-day, 1 day, 2 day or more) ထို mail ကို FB က mail တစ္ေစာင္ထပ္ေရာက္လာပါလိမ့္မည္ ... အက္ mail ထဲမွာ link တစ္ခုပါလာလိမ့္မယ္ ... အက္ link ကို click လိုက္တာနဲ႔ Password အသစ္ေပးလို႔ရပါၿပီ ... (အကယ္၍ link မရခဲ့လွ်င္ အစအဆံုးျပန္တင္က်ိပါ ... Birthday မတူလွ်င္ မရဖို႔မ်ားပါတယ္)
